To complete the Opt Out Request above, you must provide a valid email address in order to respond to the confirmation email that validates your request. If you do not have a valid email address, you may submit an opt out request by calling us at (877) 774-2094 and following the prompts.

Acxiom will honor requests from both “Authorized Agents” under the California Consumer Privacy Act as well as other qualified third parties, on behalf of other consumers, regardless of the consumer or the authorized agent’s state of residence.

Acxiom does not collect “personal data” or “personal information” in all countries. In certain countries, Acxiom only collects and processes anonymous and/or aggregated information.
